Watched the You Tube installation video and did it myself. It is by far one of the best products I have used. Been 1 year since purchased and worth every penny.

Unfortunately the kit didn’t wire for us. Sound would work for phone calls and overall function wasn’t easy to navigate. Getting phones and other devices to connect wasn’t easy. Disappointed in product. Installed, removed and returned.

Install was easy and it's easy to use, although honestly I don't interact with the unit much. Android Auto starts when the vehicle starts...

I initially had an issue with call volume, both me hearing the caller and the caller hearing me, but support helped with getting the unit to use the vehicle's bluetooth which fixed the issue.

Watched the You tube video done by Dave several times. Not sure it was necessary to disconnect car battery but I followed directions.
Easy to take dash apart and installed USB in ash tray.
Major glitch occurred after reconnecting all cables and placement of car play box and all associated cables. Not enough room behind radio to replace radio. Conversation with customer support didn’t provide the answer.
Reassessment showed that there was probably room for new equipment above radio and behind screen. So disconnected cables from car play box and routed up behind crossmember and reattached. radio and screen replaced like hand in glove. Would have saved 45 minutes if had known that. Powered up per video and everything worked great after I realized I needed to use BT audio on original equipment to access audio on car play box.

It took about an hour to install the unit. It works great! The DIP switches moved when I tucked the Hamilton unit back behind the factory radio, which caused a major distortion issue on the screen after getting everything installed. I had to uninstall everything again to find the issue, fixed the switches (1 was switched off), and reinstalled. I got it put back together the second time and it didn't fix anything. The screen was still very distorted and zoomed in. I uninstalled everything a third time only to find that number 1 on the DIP switches was again off. For some reason it's very easy for that switch to move from on to off when tucking the box behind the factory radio. The third time, I installed the box behind the factory ignition button with the DIP switches facing the ignition opening, which would allow me to use a screwdriver to change the switches through the ignition button opening if they got messed up again when tucking the box. Once the switches were correct, everything worked perfectly! 1 On and 6 On for the 2012-2015 LX. Solid product. Great voice quality. It's amazing how nice it is to have Carplay after not having it for so long. Major upgrade.

The installation went fairly straightforward, the videos on Hamilton’s website were very helpful, aside from one small misstep. The system is well integrated and really brought our 2013 factory stereo into 2025. This is the best addition to the factory stereo that is on the market. I highly recommend this system!

First off, shipping was very fast and communication from Hamilton was timely. Installation was very easy with the help of the very well done videos. I would say install was 2 of 10 on the difficulty scale. Completed in about an hour. So far the unit is working great and having a real carplay experience in my 10 year old LX570 is a game-changer. Swapping back and forth to OEM system is easy. Thanks for bringing a great product to market and really appreciate the solid detail in the video.

I love the customer support. The unit was fairly easy to install and I enjoyed the instructions with the online videos made it fairly simple. The unit itself is a quality box and the wiring harnesses were well made with the exact same colored/shaped plugs used on the factory radio. I wish they made a screen replacement to upgrade to a more clear screen, but this unit really gave us an upgrade with Apple Car Play and the ability to use the latest maps without having to try and get factory navigation updates that are no longer available. Plus we can remove another device off of our Sirius XM subscription and use the iPhone instead.

Worked exactly as intended and corresponding installation video was the best ever. Had one question and got an immediate emailed response. Hamilton is the BEST!

Shipped almost immediately, arrived promptly even with the free shipping option. The finished product is almost seamless, except the wired usb dongle, I took the cigarette lighter housing out and installed a grommet to keep it from falling back through, not perfect, but is usable and is hidden when not in use. Make sure you get to the correct install video, I somehow got to the one for the module, not the full screen replacement. The video was really helpful (16-21 LX570), but was hard to follow with all of the wiring, and what needs to be connected together between the new wiring harnesses. The head unit was a challenge to get back in, I had to spread out the wires going to the screen to get the clearance. Also, the trim piece under the screen was difficult to line back up with the dash vent trim. I took my time and spent about 7 hours on it, though I could probably do another one in 2-3. I’ve only had it installed for a couple of hours, but it looks like this has saved me from buying a new car.

The Hamilton AA/CP device is the single best upgrade I have made to my vehicle. Installation was super easy, less than 1 hour. System worked flawlessly from the beginning. Setup was fairly simple (instructions for AA could be better, they seem to focus almost exclusively on CP) It is super easy to switch between the new OS and the OEM infotainment which is critical because Lexus puts some HVAC control in touch screen only. The systems looks and feels OEM.

I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade while keeping the OEM OS, look and feel.

Great product. Modernize a good 2013 LX570. Installation & use instructions via You-Tube were excellent. Works as advertised, We are working through user familiarization issues but pretty intuitive.

Amazing device that modernizes the vehicle experience. Integrates seamlessly into OEM screen. Installation videos are great. However, the device often glitches and goes black. On roads, I can pullover, restart the car and everything is fine. On the freeway it's much more frustrating
