Order by 3 PM ET for Same Day Shipping

Orders placed by 3:00 PM ET generally ship the same business day. Orders are shipped from our facility in Raleigh, NC Monday–Saturday. Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays will ship the next business day. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

2026 Carrier Holidays

UPS does not operate on the following holidays. Orders will instead be dispatched the following business day.

  • MLK Day: Monday, January 19, 2026
  • Labor Day: Monday, September 7, 2026
  • Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 26, 2026
  • Christmas Day: Friday, December 25, 2026

Free Shipping Delivery Speeds

Free shipping service levels:

  • East Coast & South: Typically delivered within 2 business days via UPS.
  • Midwest, Mountain West, West Coast, and remote locations: Typically delivered within 4-5 business days via UPS.
  • Hamilton also offers subsidized upgrade options, including 2-Day Air and Overnight services. 

Theft and Lost Packages

Hamilton Motor Company is not responsible for packages stolen off doorstep or missing UPS tracking proof of delivery. Signature delivery is available as a free courtesy option if you email us at [email protected] to request it for your delivery safety and convenience. Signature Delivery must be elected within 15 minutes of placing the order by email to ensure it is added prior to packing. 

International Shipping

International orders are shipped using the service selected at checkout. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for customer convenience. This means all applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, then remitted to the carrier when we dispatch the order—no additional charges are due upon delivery. Duties and tax charges, when applicable, are displayed at checkout under Subtotal and Shipping.

Some products are restricted from shipping to certain countries. If a product is unavailable for delivery to your location, you will not be able to complete checkout, shipping rates will not be shown, and you will receive the following automated message at checkout: “This product is not available for delivery to your location. (Product Name) Change delivery address or remove unavailable item.”

If a product is eligible to ship to your country, shipping rates will be displayed and you will be able to complete checkout successfully. While our support team is always happy to help, please note that we are unable to create exceptions or custom international shipments for products or destinations not supported by the website.

Signature on Delivery (Optional)

Signature on delivery is optional as a free service upon request but is not provided by default. Hamilton Motor Company is not responsible for packages that are missing but are marked as delivered by UPS or another carrier selected at checkout. To request Signature on Delivery, simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us with your order number. 

Overnight and Expedited Shipping

Hamilton Motor Company offers discounted overnight and expedited shipping services available for an extra charge at checkout. Hamilton discounts and offers these services to customers as a convenience. Hamilton does not guarantee overnight delivery and will not refund overnight delivery charges if UPS does not meet the delivery expectation.

Hamilton reserves the right to inspect packages for shipping damage including the exterior box for signs of damage and make a fair judgement of the cause. Hamilton ships all orders in two boxes for extra protection. Shipping damage is a very rare occurrence, and we take care of our customers above all. 

What is the purpose "promise" icon next to the shipping date?

Shopify has a program called the "Shop Promise" shipping indicator. This is an automated system that predicts the shipping arrival date of your order and shows for some, but not all, customers based on Hamilton Motor Company's historical shipping times. It is designed to be a helpful reference but not a guarantee. Please refer to this Shop Promise webpage to learn more about what it means.  As stated above, we do our best for all orders to ship in a timely manner. All delivery estimates shown on our website including the Shop Promise are estimates and not guarantees. In the unlikely event an order is slower than the Shop promise or any similar indicated deadline, the customer is not entitled to any special credits or discounts. We will strive to serve you quickly and efficiently.
