  For 2019-2020 IS, we use your factory mic. Give us a call and we can make a change to your BT to resolve this. Your audio/mic quality will be identical to OEM for IS.

  I have not heard of this feedback before. Do you have the OBD2 wire installed? Is yours a 2012-2015 RX Mouse? Our unit should not affect this feature at all. Do you have any fuses blown?
