installed today, touch screen not working when in hamilton mode. NOT a jbl system, all dips are off except dip 1 is ON. ???

@Troy G Moise Did you ever get this resolved?? I have a 2019 Toyota Highlander and also trying to install the Hamilton module but when installed I get a black screen. The factory screen will show when I toggle back and forth but not the Hamilton/CarPlay screen.
I do have a JBL system but all the DIP switches are off. Did you find a configuration that worked or was it something else??
