Rav4 question. On dip settings

  Ordered a new kit for my 2016 hybrid rav4. The unit does not power up after installation.

  The dip settings show 1 6 7 8 in on position.

   

  Any suggestions on what I can check ?

  2 6 7 8 are on by default in the unit I received.  Does anyone what the correct values are ?

  Video mentions 7 and 8
