Yes - I had the same question and they told me to purchase the 360 version or my front and side cam would not work. 360 version includes additional hardware box.
I have the same issue but i got the 360 version. Im getting a gray screen when i shift reverse or when i turn on the front/side camera. I tried installing without and without the 360 box and i get the same result. I know theres an extra wire that was not connected, im assuming thats for the front/side and backup camera. Sending them an email today.
Unfortunately the Lexus Driver Support Package is not the traditional 360 setup, niether version can support that.
I had a similar problem after I installed mine I reached out to the company and they provided me a walk-through to change a setting. They made everything work. I have a 2016 with the driver support package and I only have the front and side and rear cam.
