On the second day of use, I started the GX and none of the physical buttons would respond. The display was stuck on OEM audio and the climate control was stuck. I couldn't change to the Hamilton System, go to the Nav or Climate screen and none of the climate buttons/knobs worked (temp, fan, rear, auto, etc.). The reverse camera wouldn't display either. The touchscreen did work, however.
I disconnected the battery for ~30 seconds and when I started the car again, the home, nav, audio, phone buttons worked, but the climate control didn't work. No temp displayed for driver's/passenger side. None of the physical climate control buttons worked, nor did the touchscreen buttons for climate control. The climate control was off and couldn't be operated, but everything else seemed to work OK. After driving a while, when I turned the GX off and later back on everything worked again and it has for a couple more trips since. I'm not sure what happened, but it really sucks not being able to use the climate control and having intermittent use of the entire infotainment unit. Hoping this doesn't happen again, but I'm a bit nervous about the quality of the conversion kit.
