Existing Factory System Problems

  Good day,
  I'm sure I am not alone in the GX community -  but I am one of the unfortunate ones who has had problems with my factory system in a 2015 GX.  The screen will constantly reboot and go on the "death loop" as it's so affectionately known as in the community.

  Would we still need to buy a new head unit for your system to work? Or would this system work even if our old system loops and doesn't work properly.

  Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, if your factory unit has any defects, this will bleed through to our system as well. Our unit runs on top of your factory unit and uses a lot of your factory unit's features to operate. We are so sorry that we do not have a full head unit replacement option for you. Thanks
