Will this kit preserve all my original features?
Yes, the 2009-2015 Lexus RX Hamilton Conversion Kit for CarPlay and Android Auto will keep your original backup camera, steering wheel controls, XM, FM, and AM radio, as well as access to all original Lexus OS and menus. You will not lose any factory systems with this kit.
How do I easily know which version I have?
There are four options. The 09-12 RX mouse and 13-15 RX mouse are most common.
1. 2009-12 Lexus RX Mouse (Common)
This version of mouse has large "Enter" buttons running down the side of the mouse.
2. 2009-15 Lexus RX No Mouse No Knob
This car has no knob or mouse but has an original monochrome grey screen that looks like a calculator.
3. 2013-15 Lexus RX Mouse (Common)
This car has a mouse with a menu button in front of it and no buttons running down the side of the mouse.
4. 2013-15 Lexus RX Knob (Rare)
This car has a rotary knob that spins around.
