Got this CarPlay conversion kit from Hamilton after doing a lot of research. Installation was straightforward and documentation excellent. I have to say it’s been a great product so far. The screen looks great. Checkout the videos on Youtube from Hamilton on how to set it up once installed. I have carplay connect automatically and it does it with no problems. Slight delay to connect but once it does all the apps load quickly and work great. Glad I made the purchase.

The conversion kit for my 2016 GS 350 is awesome. The DIY install took about 2.5 hrs since I was taking my time while watching the video. The screen looks amazing and now my aging car feels brand new. Definitely worth it.

I have this screen in my GSF and it works better than my wife factory Apple CarPlay.
I did have a problem with shipping, the Brown company seemed to have dipped my box in oil or let oil go into the box. One quick call to Hamilton, even though I did not purchase the shipping insurance, Hamilton set me a new unit and covered the "what can brown do for you" company.
Totally worth it, you would never have received customer service like this from any other company.
Screen is great but has a lot of glare way more then factory one.
Put the touchscreen in my 2018 GS and very happy with it so far. Completely changes the driving experience having CarPlay 'built in' to my car now. Installation videos on youtube are very helpful and very intuitive. Customer Service is very responsive both via phone and email. Highly recommend this unit!
