This is beautiful upgrade I love it and I installed worked well 1000% recommend it !

I’m extremely happy with the screen conversion on my 2016 Lexus NX200t. The installation was straightforward, and the new screen looks great and works exactly as it should. The display is much more modern and responsive, and it really updates the look and functionality of the interior.

Everything fit perfectly and the quality is excellent. Definitely one of the best upgrades I’ve made to my Lexus. Highly recommend this conversion to anyone with an NX200t looking to modernize their factory screen!

I purchased two of my vehicles, and it excellent product so well built and easy to install either by reading the installation guide or watching YouTube videos.. Only issue wish font and app icon were a little bigger. I recommend it to all my friends and family.

I purchased this for my 2016 Lexus NX200. The installation video was helpful. It took me 3 hours because it was hot outside and I took breaks. Factory radio has to be set to AUX to get the audio to work and it uses the factory OS Bluetooth to make/receive phone calls. Other than figuring that out, installation was easy for this 55 year old female daughter of a mechanic.

Great audio quality that uses my premium lexus dsp. I was waiting on a version of these upgrades that did not make it "bluetooth" level audio quality and the aux routing it noticeably better. Also, the high quality install videos were very helpful and I felt comfortable installing myself. Took about 3 hrs being careful and saved me $300+. Car feels like a new car and I like the 12hr fast startup mode

Found this as well wanted to upgrade our 2016 NX and this is such an amazing solution!! Bigger screen plus touchscreen. Huge win!!! We did have a bump in the road with it connecting to one phone instead if the other but it was an easy fix (thankfully we are not technically challenged 🤣)

1000% recommend that if you have an older lexus and one of these is compatible, do it. Don't hesitate!

It was all good, but I still haven’t figured out how to connect my wife’s android phone. My Apple phone works great.

Had local shop install and after a few hold ups. No fault to installers or Hamilton. My factory stereo was bad. The tech at Hamilton spent time talking me through trying to get it going. Once we figured it was the factory stereo. I purchased a replacement and had it installed in 30 minutes and it’s working great. Looks fantastic in my NX 200t and makes it like a new car. The microphone works great with phone calls. Very satisfied with upgrade and with the customer service. Super fast shipping. These guys are top knotch.

Took this kit to my local car audio installation shop and they were able to install it in about 1.5 hours. So far i have no complaints and this is miles ahead of the OEM touchscreen provided with my car.

I’m very pleased with the Hamilton Motor Car Play conversion kit. Found a local installer (Black Rock Automotive). They easy to work with and did a great job. The unit works well. While it took a few days to get used to the way it works my wife and I are really pleased we added this unit to our NX 300h.

The CarPlay upgrade for the Lexus was the best decision. It was installed by 3rd party and has been a game changer with authenticity and works well with systems heat/cooling display, trackpad, backup camera. Great quality- highly recommend the Hamilton!

The instructions are straight forward, and the headunit far exceeds the expectations I had before upgrading. It's a must to give your ride a modern feel.

So far I have had some success with the product but still figuring out how to use all the apps. I had a problem with the Lexus radio playing when I am using car play.

So far I like it. It makes the car look newer and up to date!

I wanted to do business with USA company - not an overseas purchase.

Picked up this unit for a 2017 Lexus NX. Really impressed with the quality of the product, from the wiring harness to the new screen! Installation was pretty straightforward, and COULD have been finished in ~90 mins, had I prepared a little better and it not been so late at night. Here are the issues I had: running the wiring harness behind/through the center console took me a bit (it's a very tight space, as mentioned in the video); I didn't have a Phillips screwdriver long enough to secure the screen, so that took some creativity; after securing the screen the first time, the trim clip popped off and fell into the dash, so I had to remove some things to get it back; and I forgot to screw the head unit in place, and didn't realize it until all the trim was reinstalled. Mostly issues of my own making.

All that aside, the unit looks absolutely perfect. Seamlessly works with the trackpad, voice, and touchscreen controls. Makes this car feel brand new!

Highly recommended upgrade for older models. I've already got a couple of friends who want to check it out before buying their own!

Installation was super simple. Someone took a lot of time getting all the wires mapped out and the integration to the system is nearly flawless. I only take one star away for the slow start up when firing the android and a weird connection issue when I get a call and having to media select to get bt to connect back to the cp link

Took about 3 hours to install because I wanted to be 100% sure the wiring was correct before I put the car back together.

Initially getting Apple Play to connect was slow (2 min) but that was because I hadn’t disconnected the old Bluetooth to the Lexus.

Customer service was great and they got me an update on the software.

Would highly recommend this to anyone.

This might be considered a little pricey but you get what you pay for. You get a 50% larger screen and Apple Car Play / Android Auto and you still get the original Lexus software if you want to access it. This little upgrade will keep you from purchasing a new Lexus. 10/10

The CarPlay connectivity works well. It's a nice upgrade to a 9 year old Lexus. The problem I have is with the angle of the screen. It reflects the inside. roof of the car and the glare during a sunny day washes out the screen. Other than that it was easy to install and the touch functions are quick. .

I am delighted with this after market CarPlay system which looks customized. My husband, an DIY guy, installed the unit, found the Lexus NX200 installation video created by Hamilton Motors team helpful and accurate. There were several questions he had that were quickly answered by the customer support team without having to go through a frustrating, massive telephone maze. He was impressed by customer support offered. Overall it’s been a very good experience yet have two constructive suggestions for improvement.
One suggestion is to complete the user manual for my model Lexus 200T which I reasonably expected to be available with my purchase. Speaking with support, it was indicated that the manual was not yet available and would be provided to me once it was released by their marketing department. I’ve had to figure it out largely on my own with limited experience with CarPlay. A user manual is a reasonable expectation, essential when becoming familiar with a new system.
I would also suggest the company take a look at standard shipping options. I ordered the kit December 27 morning, it was shipped UPS Monday December 30 and received Tuesday January 6. I realize New Years day fell in the middle of the delivery period and the company has little control over shipping service providers yet the 30 day guarantee starts on the date ordered it rather than date received.
