Installer here in ATL recommended this unit because the one we purchased originally (from another company) was a total failure. This unit installed correctly and all functionality works as designed. Great overall product and a nice upgrade to my kids car.

Nice product. I love the larger screen, and the installation was easier than shown in the video. CarPlay connects and functions flawlessly. Only issue is that the control of the sound system (Bass, Treble, Mids, Fade, Balance, Surround Sound is only controlled in the native system because CarPlay operates as an Aux input.

I love my car but hate the factory screen that was outdated and did not have car play. Most cars are different now where you can't just replace t with an Alpine or something. This solves the problem and updates the screen and has wireless carplay while not losing factory functions. AMAZING! My only regret is that I didn't find out about them sooner!

Paid to have it installed and need a little training on efficiency of use but overall so happy to pay for this upgrade instead of a new car!!!

So far the unit has been great and really upgraded the car electronics by bringing the modern connectivity and functionality to a 12-year-old car. Installation went well using the videos produced by Hamilton and when I had a question the customer support number was always answered and emails exchanged which got me through whatever challenge I had during installation.

Once installed, this product is really amazing and in my vehicle, integrates with the factory equipment almost perfectly. The only thing that they apparently haven't been able to do is have the USB input use the factory USB or replace the factory USB with their USB, so you have to find a place for their USB input to go during installation(I had mine hang out the side of the trim next to the shifter). Really amazing how they integrated their product so well.
That praise aside, the installation instructions given really were lacking significantly for my vehicle(2013 Lexus ES w/Knob). They provided a really detailed installation video as the instructions, which would have been amazing if I was installing it in a 2014 ES w/mouse. However, the installation process is very different between that version of my car and mine. The instructions video mentioned many times that if you have a knob or if it is not a 2014, it is different, but didn't actually say what is different. So following the video, I removed a lot of the trim around the drivers seat area, but when I went to actually install the product, none of that was needed and all I needed to do was just remove the trim around the screen/radio. Although that was annoying and wasted a lot of time, the part that really frustrated me was that the wiring was so different from what they installed in the video that it was not useful at all for my installation. So I had to try to figure out it using just the wiring diagram provided, but that also was missing some key information, like what do you do with the CAN Audio cable. The video made it seem like the CAN Audio installed it into the mouse/knob input, but not on my vehicle. So after a lot of time, trial and error(you can't really test if it works without putting almost everything back together), and looking at other Lexus vehicle diagram/installation videos, I finally figured out how to properly install the cables and that the CAN audio cable goes into the radio(maybe that is obvious for non-DIYers).
So what should have been a much easier sub 2 hour installation took over 4 hours and a lot of frustration. PLEASE PLEASE Hamilton, fix your wiring diagram to explain where all the input/outputs get plugged into similar to the 2013 IS wiring diagram and create a separate(or addendum) installation video for the knob and non-2014 installations. It really is such an easier installation than that video showed.
I would recommend this product to anyone, but if you are installing it yourself, I would suggest you do it during business hours so you have the ability to contact support if your installation is different than what is shown.

At first we were not aware that the harness that was provided with the screen was different than the installation video for the 2013 Lexus ES. It did not appear as if we were given the correct parts. But we received a call on the Friday after Thanksgiving explaining the upgrade and were able to install it as demonstrated. Love the product!!

Other than that being able to utilize my factory microphone I'm completely satisfied!

I had a wiring harness issue that was preventing the unit to work completely. After the problem was diagnosed Hamilton Motor Company overnighted a new unit and was quickly installed. I have been enjoying and learning all the features in this system. It saved me over $25 thousand dollars. I was going to trade my car for newer screen and software. Glad I found this company.

I am very glad to have CarPlay now but the device has pretty substantial lag

When I first tried to install it I wasn’t using the right diagram. Once I called and emailed I was called and giving great instructions to complete the install. Love the radio
