@Bananas did you get a response from anyone on this? I'm having the same issue where people are saying they hear themselves. Did you happen to get it worked out? Thanks in advance.
I would also like to know the answer to this. Mine is in a 2018 Land Cruiser and the caller gets echo.
Same issue on mine after an install on a 2016 Land Cruiser. Echo on the inbound caller's end, not in the vehicle. How can we adjust for this?
